United States Coast Guard Approved

A Coast Guard inspection team makes regular visits to our facility and W.O.C.I. is currently in full compliance at the land facility as well as an approved mobile facility. W.O.C.I. follows all procedural guidelines set forth in 33 CFR 126,154, and 156. Our Operations Manual is on file at the U.S. Coast Guard Operations Center Mobile, which regulates all Ship-to-Shore transfers in this area.
