Bilgewater Treatment Our facility has the capacity to process non-hazardous waters such as industrial run-off, oily bilge from marine vessels, and any hydrocarbon contaminated water from underground storage tanks or monitoring wells. Once at the facility, the water collected is treated biologically, chemically, and filtered until it is acceptable to enter the public water treatment process. W.O.C.I. is permitted by the POTW (Gulf Coast Wastewater Authority), in the state level (Permit No. MSP090504), and on the federal level (EPA No. MSD000833293).
